About Us

Han Bae and Jesse Nebres are long time surfers and met in 2019 at the accounting firm EY where they worked as CPA’s. Eager for longer surf sessions, Han tinkered with solutions to enable surfer’s to hydrate without returning to shore. Jesse joined the team and after months of R&D, the optimal design of SurfStraw was finalized. Here is Han above in Costa Rica, and Jesse in San Deigo.
